  Mark Jaeger at Countryside Funeral Home were wonderful to work with. Mark and his team was the utmost professional, caring and service oriented people that not only did their job but made our family confident that my Mother in-laws visitation & funeral and all that that entails was left in competent hands. From the timely pick up of her remains on a Sunday to the speedy planning of a service Tuesday night and funeral on Wednesday all went smoothly. The funeral home itself which had been remodeled a few years ago, was warm, inviting, clean and accommodating. Mark helped us plan the details, welcomed us the evening of the service and was present for the funeral service and cemetery. When he was not present his competent staff handled our family with their expertise and care. Countryside Team of experts helped get our family through a difficult time with ease. Thank you!

  Country Side Funeral Home was very accommodating and helpful while dealing with and planning my Grandmother's Wake and Funeral. There was someone present at the wake the entire time who helped answer any questions as needed and knowledgeably. I liked the presentation of the funeral home as well. Staff was very direct and clear as to what to do and when with moving the casket, parking, ect. I recommend this Funeral home to anyone in the area, and even outside of the area.

  My husband passed and I was not in a place to "plan" his services. I wanted a facility close to where we lived and that was a nice facility. Countryside looks very small from the outside but is surprisingly large inside. It is handicapped accessible which was important for my mother to be able to come in, and the facility was clean and in very nice shape with updated furnishings. It is odd to review a funeral home and their services but I needed to because the Countryside FH did such a lovely job for the services. There is a private family room on the same side as the visitation room so you are not gone for long should you need to grab something. Sadly, I lost my mom two weeks later and she was waked elsewhere where the restrooms and "family room"( where you can keep snacks, water, coffee, etc.) was on a different floor so very difficult to access and had difficult and blocked handicapped services. It was like night and day. This place showed their lack of conce3rn over the situation while Countryside bent over backwards to ensure the services were up to standards. Even after the fact they offered to provide anything they could to help us through this trying time. Five stars to you Countryside for doing such an amazing job and caring so much for people that arr in a difficult situation. Thank you!

  On behalf of the entire Stewart family, and you know there are a lot of us, we wish to thank everyone on your staff, especially Ben, for their professionalism, expertise, counsel and commitment to the funeral for our Mom, LaVerne Stewart.
  
  We were treated with dignity and genuine caring from our first meeting to the final prayers at the cemetery chapel. As our Dad always taught us, a little humor and a lot of caring can help ease a hurting heart. You displayed both and we are grateful.
